Alma M. Golie, 76, Limerick
Alma M. Golie, 76, widow of the late James Golie, suddenly died at home on Sunday, September 18, 2016.
She was born in Lionville, PA to the late Robert and the late Gladys (Turner) Otter. Alma was a long time resident of the Royersford Area. She was a faithful employee as a cashier at Genuardi's and you may remember her from being a co-owner of the Banker's Bar on 2nd and Main.
Alma enjoyed cruises and kept her mind sharp with jig saw puzzles, bingo and casino trips.
She leaves behind an adoring daughter Rita Leary-Bullard (husband, Mark); one sister: Dorothy Gibson; a brother: Herman Otter; Six Grand Children: John Leary, Josh Bullard, (Jessica), Abigail Bullard, James Leary (Cassandra), Devon Leary and Emily Lappas (Matthew)
Preceding her in death: Son: Timothy and great grandson: Talyn; sister: Florence and three brothers: Robert, Edward, and Jessie
Visitation will be from 6:00 - 7:30 PM Wednesday, September 21 and 11:30AM - 12:30PM Thursday, September 22 in the Shalkop Grace & Strunk funeral home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA.
A funeral service will be held at Shalkop, Grace & Strunk Funeral Home at 12:30 pm Thursday, September 22, 2016. Burial will be immediately following in Limerick Garden of Memories in Limerick.
