Jane M Smith, 86, beloved wife of Charles Smith died Wednesday at home. She was born in Pottstown to the late Adnirum and the late Ethel (Snyder) Murray. She was a graduate of the North Coventry High School and was employed by Security Trust, IVB, Wachovia as a bank teller until her retirement. She was a member of The Coventry Hills Church of Christ. She was active in the church and taught children’s Bible classes for over 50 years. Her life reflected her love of the Lord and her dedication to Him. Jane is survived by her two daughters, Pat Davidson, wife of Jim of Murfreesboro, TN, and Debi Lyon, wife of Windell of Corry, PA; two sisters Sara Istenes and Phyllis Rees and two brothers Donald Murray and John Murray; four grandchildren, Jenny, Charlie, Jessica, and Jonas; and four great granddaughters, Morgan, Meghan, McKenna, and Salem. She is preceded in death by one brother, Charles Murray. Friends and relatives are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Coventry Hills Church of Christ, 1339 Hanover St.,Pottstown, from 9:30 – 10:30 am. Graveside Services will be immediately following for family only. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in her memory to Coventry Hills church of Christ.
