Russell H. Shellenberger Jtr., beloved husband of Mary Ellen (Scahill) Shellenberger, age 77 of Parkerford formerly of Spring City died on Wednesday morning in the Season's Hospice, Phoenixville PA.
Russell was born and raised and lived most of his life in Spring City, he was the son of the late Russell and Ethel (Bauman) Shellenberger Sr.; He was a graduate of the School and the with adegree in
Russel was emplyed for thirty niine years a a5th and 6th grade Teacher for the Pottstown School Distrrict until his retirement.
He was a member of the Spring City United Methodist Church ans was a n avid record collector, he also was a fan of all phialdelphia sports and the local high scholl sports as well.
In addition to his wife of forty five years he is survived by a son: David R. husband of Karen Shellenbverger of Douglassville and two grandchidren: Faith and Natalie Shellenberger; He is preceeded in death by a son: Michael Shellenberger.
Relatives and frineds are invited to attend hs funeral service on Saturday December 19, 2015 at 11am at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Bridge and Church Streets Spring City.
