Ann Marie Raybold, 67 Schwenksville, PA
Monday, January 6, 2014 at 8:47 PM, brought a new life for my mom, she is home with the Lord. Today our family welcomes you as we begin the process of healing and our time waiting until we see her again.
Aunt Kathy, Uncle Rob and Aunt Cookie and Uncle Milt from the bottom of my heart we thank you.
Ann Marie “Nanny” Raybold, 67, of Schwenksville, PA, wife of John U. Raybold, Sr. passed away peacefully on Monday night at Einstein Medical Center in Montgomery County.
Marie was born in 1946 to her parents; Andrew and Pearl Kane of South Philadelphia, PA. “Nanny”, as she was known by her siblings, all grew up in a closely knit family. In 1962, Marie married John then began their life together in Schwenksville, PA. The home and backyard was a mecca for friends and family. Marie and John graciously welcomed others into their home and she made sure no one ever left hungry. Today, so many of the young lives blessed to have known Marie can attest they have become who they are from her influence; Live – Forgive – Love – Repeat.
Marie was a devoted wife of more than fifty years and a loving mother to her four boys. She was predeceased by two of her sons, John, Jr. and Joseph. She is survived by her husband, John, two sons, Brian and his wife Donna of Flourtown, PA, Benjamin and his wife Amy of Perkiomenville, PA; grandchildren, Christopher and Tiffany, B. Douglas and Alexander and Tyler. Also surviving are her five sisters; Alice “Cookie”, Alberta “Penny”, Linda, Kathy and Loretta “Candy”, and brother, Andrew “Bud”, many nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly.
Calling hours will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Shalkop, Grace, & Strunk Funeral Home 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475. To follow, at 1:00 PM, will be a Funeral Service officiated by Pastor Charles Ness. Online condolences can be made at www.sgsfuneralhome.com.
