Kent was such a great guy!! Only got to know him when he, and all football players, got in to spring musical at Spring-Ford. Think they all auditioned as a joke but joke on them when Mr Yerger decided to cast ALL who auditioned and they all had to sing. It was AWESOME!!! Then seeing him at reunions when I’d fly up from GA. Was always a gentleman. I’m sorry to his family to lose him so young. I’ll be praying for peace for all who knew and loved him.

To me, Kent was the type of person I seek out at a party or get together because I could always rely on him to keep things loose and to make me laugh with his sense of humor. He had many stories and he seemed genuinely interested in my life as well. He will surely be missed and my sincere condolences to the Schurr family.
