John P. Clark, age 83 husband of Fiora (Palma) Clark of East Vincent Township, and formerly of Strafford, PA died on Tuesday morning at his residence in East Vincent Township, PA. John was born in Phoenixville, PA a son to the late Clarence and Helen (Hennessey) Clark. John resided most of his life in Strafford and was a 1949 graduate of Tredyffrin Eastown High School. He was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Air Force from 1950 to 1954. He was a member of the Chester Springs Community Church. He was employed at various positions for the family owned business Strafford Beverage until his retirement. John then was employed with Chester County Sheriff's department as a security officer at the Chester County Court House. In addition to his wife he is survived by eight children: Daughters: Lori Hudson wife of Chris of Spring City , Kathy Pizzi wife of Mark of Spring Cit, Sharon Kyne wife of Bernie of West Chester, and Kelly Cashman wife of Daniel of Spring City. Sons: Jack Clark husband of Holly of West Chester, Kevin Clark husband of Ginger Clark of Devon, Chris Clark husband of Shannon of Phoenixville and Tim Clark husband of Donna of Spring City. And twenty three grandchildren and one great grandson. A brother: Robert Clark husband of Gerri I of West Chester Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service on Friday at 11am at the Grace Assembly of God Church Interment will be private at the Washington crossing National Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday at the church from 10am to 11am. The Shalkop Grace& Strunk Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
