There are many people that one meets in a lifetime. It is said that some will learn from you and others you will learn a lesson from.
I have known Tim for most of my life and his influence has been an essential piece of who I am. Tim surely helped develop my own love of animals, wildlife and conservation. I remember many trips to the farm (game farm), Trexlers, deer spotting, playing with their dogs and listening to his stories about work and his hunting trips.
There are countless stories that I could tell of wonderful Christmas memories, Easters, birthday celebrations and other holidays and get togethers through out the years. I am so grateful for the many years of Tim's great love and friendship to my parents. Faye and Tim were so much more than "my parents friends". They were a part of my family.
Later in life, people age, marry, move away, things change, but Faye and Tim were a constant in my family's life and were there for funerals, weddings, children's births and other life events. What a wonderful gift.
Thank you, Tim, for always being there for my parents, for "Jenny" and her family, for Craig and I, for Anna, for being Brett and Christopher's Godfather.
Kindness, gentleness, humbleness, friendship and family. Thank you for the lessons. You will always be loved and never forgotten.
With love and admiration,
Craig, Anna, Brett, Christopher.....and "Sis" (Joelle)

I got to know Bowie during my time at Middle Creek, I enjoyed his presence, he made me laugh. He was always very kind to my dogs, quick with a dog biscuit that he always made sure to have on hand. A good man.

We will miss you Uncle Tim. I will always remember your kindness and your cute laugh. Also have fond memories of your compassion for animals. Will always remember the time visiting in Pottstown when Aunt Faye and you were taking care of those baby racoons and getting to hold them. You will be missed.
Love,
Cassie

I can hear the wind a blowin' in my mind
Just the way it use to sound through the Georgia pines
You were there to answer when I'd call
You and me Lord knows we had it all
Remember how I use to touch your hair
While reaching for a feeling that was always there
You were the best thing in my life, that I recall
You and me, we had it all
I know that we can never live those times again
so I'll let my dreams take me back to where we've been
And I'll stay there with you just as long as I can
Oh it was so good when you were my man
Never stop believing in your smile
Even though you didn't stay, it was all worth while
You were the best thing in my life that I recall
You and me, we had it all

I've lived many places, but Tim was the first person I met who exemplified what it was to be a neighbor. He was always quick with a smile, a wave, and was always willing to lend a hand. I cherish our time spent chatting about the outdoors and marveling over whatever cool birds nest or other amazing find he went out of his way to share with me.

It was a pleasure working with Bowie over the years. The morning coffee and Tim’s trivia was a perfect way to start the day. Our condolences to Faye and the rest of his family. Jeff Hickernell and family.

You will be truly missed, Uncle Tim, I will cherish your Santa photos with the pups and like Beth said, your smile and gentle nature. I'm so sorry you were taken away too soon. No doubt you are in heaven with dad now. Sending love and light upwards to you. Rest easy.
