Obituary of Mary L. Grzywacz

Mary L. Grzywacz, 75, E. Coventry

Mary L. Grzywacz, 75,  wife of the late Thomas V. Grzywacz passed away Wednesday  January 20, 2021 in the Phoenixville Hospital.

She was born June 17, 1945 in Conshohocken to the late Benjamin J. Bogdanski and the late Sophia H. (Staniszewski). One of four sisters, Mary was born and raised in Conshohocken and graduated from Conshohocken High in 1963.  Mary began her professional life as a legal secretary then worked for a time as Township Secretary at East Coventry where she resided.  She then spent many years working for a temporary agency enjoying the flexible work schedule, diversity, and many new challenges of working in a variety of different companies.  Mary was an excellent cook and baker.  She was also an animal lover who, in addition to rescuing a number of cats, was a generous supporter of many animal welfare organizations.  Mary’s charitable support also extended to veteran’s groups. 

Mary leaves behind two sisters:  Rosemarie Williams and Fran McGowan; eight nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband, Thomas V. Grzywacz and sister, Helen A. Brady.
