John Harley Jensen, 20, died Monday, April 22 at home. He was born in Phoenixville to Gary and Susan (Capoferri) Jensen. John was a devoted son, brother, grandson, cousin and nephew. John was a wrestler and a 2010 graduate of Pottstown High School. An avid hunter and fisherman, John loved the outdoors including going to the Delaware Shore to go fishing. John worked as a Machine Operator for Auger Fabrication of Malvern. Left behind are his parents, Gary and Susan Jensen, a son, Levi Elijah Jensen; siblings: Courtney and Stephen; paternal grandfather: Frank Evans and the late Judy Evans; maternal grandparents: Anthony and Joanne Capoferri, several aunts, uncles, cousins and his devoted dog, Coco. His funeral mass will be held Saturday, April 27 at 11:00am at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville with the Rev. Paul Brandt officiating. Visitors will be received from 9:00-11:00 AM at the church. Interment will immediately follow at Philadelphia Memorial Park in Frazer with the Deacon David Kubczak officiating.
