David H. Shershen David H. Shershen, died Tuesday in the Phoenixville Hospital. David was born in Chicago, Illinois to the late Clarence and the late Lorraine (Pawlak) Shershen. A veteran of the US Navy, David served our country during the Vietnam War. David resided in Spring City for the past 20 years. He was employed by MJ Electric as an electrical contractor until his retirement. David was an avid football fan of Notre Dame and Chicago Bears. He also loved working with computers. David is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Roff, wife of Jeff Roff of Orlando, Florida, and a sister Clarice Petkus of Dyer, Indiana. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial service on Monday, February 18, 2013 at The Shalkop Grace and Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge St. Spring City, PA at 7:00 PM. The Rev. Paul Thornhill will officiate Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 7:00 at the Funeral Home.
