Kim Truc "Loan" Nguyen- Buckwalter, 47, Malvern Kim Buckwalter, 47, loving wife of Darren Buckwalter of Malvern, PA died Tuesday evening after losing her battle with cancer in the Neighborhood Hospice, West Chester, PA Kim was born in Saigon Vietnam, a daughter to the late Thach Nguyen and of Khen Nguyen of Cherry Hill, NJ. Kim was raised and educated in Saigon where she earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry. Kim came to the United States in 1994. Kim enjoyed gardening and cooking. She was employed for many years at Vishay and also Neighbor Care of King of Prussia. In addition to her husband and mother, Kim is survived by brothers Trung (Anthony) husband of Kim of Cherry Hill, NJ; Ket (Chris), husband of Van of San Diego, CA; Phong (Emile) husband of Hoa of Philadelphia; Phi, husband of Quynh of Cherry Hill, NJ; and Phuoc (Jimmy) husband of Vuong, of Collegeville, PA; and a sister Kim Tram (Nhan) wife of Toan of Malvern, PA; and 16 nieces and nephews. Kim is predeceased by a sister, Kim Diep Nguyen Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday at 11:00am at the Cornerstone family Church 1228 main Street Linfield, PA 19468, The Rev. Paul Thornhill officiating. Burial will be private. Her viewing will be held Monday evening from 6pm to 8pm at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge St. Spring City, PA 19475, and Tuesday Morning from 10 to 11 am at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made in her memory to the National Arboretum 3501 New York Ave, NE Washington D.C. 20002.
