Harold C. Begel, age 82, husband of Bernice (Horner) Begel of Spring City died Tuesday in the Sanatoga Center. He was born in Weissport a son to the late Jesse H and the late Marian (Koons) Begel. A graduate of Iowa State University with his MBA, Harold was employed for many years at the South Eastern veterans Center as the Pool Master. Harold was a Master Swimmer and held many World Titles; he was a member of the Spring Valley YMCA Master Adult Swim Team. In addition to his wife he is survived by daughter: Audrey and a son: Robert Begel and 5 step children: William Garland, Dennis Garland(deceased), Michelle Bearden, Mark Garland and Danielle Blair and a 10grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters: Mary Ann and Trudy Imeddiate relatives and close friends are invited to attend his memorial service on Friday Feb 3 at 9:30 am at the Good Sheppard Mausoleum Chapel in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Burial will be held in Limerick garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made in his memory to the Phoenixville YMCA (Daniel J.
